Aoife is a Recruitment Consultant on the 2into3 talent management services team specialising in graduate recruitment for the For Purpose Social Impact Graduate Programme. She has a strong track record of sourcing and hiring talent at all levels within the nonprofit sector and is skilled in end-to-end recruitment, learning and development, and adept at building relationships. In her role, she has successfully managed several recruitment assignments, including graduate fundraising roles, mid-level Office Administrators, and senior management roles.
She obtained a BA in International Development and French from Maynooth University. Through this experience, she became a passionate advocate of human rights and climate justice. She spent her Erasmus year in Lyon, gaining fluency in French and a deeper understanding of French culture and society.
Aoife has an extensive travel list and enjoys swimming and reading in her spare time.
