She is deeply passionate about supporting new talent to move into the nonprofit and fundraising space.
Michelle has extensive experience in fundraising and communications, with a strong governance, compliance, and strategy focus in recent years. She is also a psychotherapist and executive coach.
Michelle holds a B.Sc in Management & Marketing and an M.Sc in Integrative Psychotherapy, and a love of learning for development, completing a number of additional training programs including Trustee’s Training, a Certificate in Buidling and Leading High-Performance Teams with UCD Smurfit, and has completed a Diploma in Executive Coaching.
She has been a part of the nonprofit sector most of her life, as both a volunteer and then as a professional. She loves hanging out with family, especially her three young children, adores Christmas and would have her decorations up on 1st of November (if her husband let her), and enjoys CrossFit, baking and fostering animals (with special love for our permanent resident, a rescue cat called Socks).
