Philip Regan
In addition to his role as a For Purpose mentor, Philip also sits on the For Purpose advisory panel.
Philip is an Associate of 2into3, consulting on all aspects of organisational capacity building for not-for-profit organisations.
He has over 30 years of international human resources and organisational development experience, both as a manager and consultant. Philip has worked for the World Bank, the United Nations Development Programme, the Irish Export Board and a London-based consulting firm.
He has carried out assignments in Africa, Asia and South America. Philip is on the board of a start-up charity in the international development sector and regularly volunteers for them. He carries out consultancy assignments for governments, not-for-profit and private sector clients.
Philip studied at University College Dublin, where he received his Bachelor of Social Science and a Diploma in Psychology. He also completed a Masters in Organisational Behaviour at the University of London.
