Fergal O’Sullivan

Fergal O’Sullivan is the Head of Recruitment at 2into3 and oversees all recruitment processes in the company. He brings with him 20 years of management experience.

Fergal holds a BA in Economics from UCC, as well as a Diploma in Public Relations from the PRII and an MBA from Henley Business School. Fergal has spent the last several years working in the not-for-profit sector, having previously served as CEO of  the Coeliac Society of Ireland. He also held a range of management positions, including fundraising and strategic development roles with Make-A-Wish and NCBI, as well as working in a pro-bono capacity with Chernobyl Children International.

Fergal is currently on the board of HIV Ireland and is a past board member of Make-A-Wish Ireland and My Legacy acting as Chairman of the latter from 2016 to 2019.
