Catherine Lynch is EMEA Learning & Development Partner with Facebook. For almost 4 years Catherine has specialised in Graduate Recruitment, developing insights and knowledge into award winning graduate and undergraduate programmes. Catherine is an experienced Trainer and Facilitator and has designed and delivered cv, interview and business skills workshops for graduates. Catherine’s specialist areas include recruitment, learning and development, employer branding and recruitment marketing. Catherine holds a first class honours International Business Degree from TUD and a further postgraduate professional diploma in Innovation & Leadership from UCD.
