Graduate Talent Management Masterclass
For Purpose is delighted to participate in the Graduate Talent Management Masterclass, taking place in The Wheel on Thursday 27th Nov 2019 at 9am.
For many nonprofit organisations, finding the right people with the right skills is an increasing challenge for HR professionals and senior managers to contend with.
The arrival of full employment has had a knock-on effect on many organisations ability to attract and retain good talent and we will shortly see the arrival of ‘Generation Z’ in the workplace, adding a further driver of change into the employment landscape.
This masterclass is intended to provide a comprehensive insight into the area of graduate talent management for not-for-profit organisations. The session will touch on a range of core topics related to this including how a graduate programme can address entry-level resourcing requirements and build organisational capacity for the future, best practice in learning & development models and what organisations can do to manage the effects of full employment and ‘Gen Z’ers’ joining the workforce. The masterclass will be delivered by a range of expert speakers from both within and outside the sector and will be chaired by Adrian McCarthy, For Purpose Manager.
The session will culminate with a panel discussion and Q&A from the audience on the topics discussed.

- Gavan O’Brien– Managing Director, Grad Ireland
- Derek McKay – Director, Adare HRM
- Dennis O’Connor – Founder, For Purpose
